TFHIV: Thank you

Here we are, a fourth time, saying thank you. When we originally had the idea to try and run a Femdom Hunt we never imagined it'd be what it has become, or last as long as it has. And it has lasted and seems to have become something rather big.

Because of this we wanted, once again, to give our heartfelt thanks to everyone who has made the hunt what it is. Without the support of shops, builders, Femdom owners and the hunters this wouldn't be the fun event that it is.

We'd also, once again, like to give particular thanks to Eve Terr and Reven Rosca. Both of them have, again, provided invaluable help by being our eyes and ears when we're not online or have been busy with other issues. The same thanks goes to all other hunters who alerted us to issues that needed addressing.

As for what happens now: over the next few days we'll be tidying up the blog and hiding the pages that aren't needed until the next hunt. We will leave the location list in place should you want to go back and find a particular location. We'll also do the usual cleanup of the vendor tag in the in-world group. We do encourage staying with the group, especially if you're a vendor, as that will be the first place that TFHV will be announced if and when we decide on dates.

And... that's it. For this year, at least. All being well we'll see you next time.

The Femdom Hunt IV closing dance

Last night we had the "not quite but pretty close to the end of Femdom Hunt IV" dance at the Z&A main store. The evening was filled with great music, silly banter, creative path-abuse artwork, a display of a selection of gifts from the hunt and a surprise visit from two hunt celebrities.

Here's a selection of photos from the event:

At this point two stars of many path-abuse images turned
up, unannounced!
Apparently they expected a dance.
Much to her amusement, and his horror,
Antony's Mistress was more than happy to allow this.

We'd like to thank everyone who came along and added to the fun. We really appreciated it.

For now it'll be back to the normal Raven Park dances but given how much fun these were we think it'll be a feature of TFHV. ;)

Not long left now

As of the time of writing there's under three and a half days left in the hunt. Still time to get started and plenty of time to finish if you've already started.

At the moment there's only one known issue: #34 -- WITCHY CUPCAKEZ -- has disappeared, apparently due to a sudden sim closure. By the time you read this we'll be looking into the issue and seeing what needs to be done. Meanwhile the location is marked as a skip in the location list.

Also, don't forget that on Saturday evening we're having a "almost the end of the hunt" dance at Z&A. We'd love it if you could all join us to celebrate a very successful and very enjoyable couple of weeks -- ideally wearing or using something you've picked up on the hunt (we hope to have a build ready that will show off a selection of gifts from the hunt, as space and prims permit).

Finally, a couple of people have asked about the best way to get a note of thanks to all the locations in the hunt. We'll be sending a final mailer out to all of the contacts for all of the locations once the hunt has ended. If you'd like a few words of thanks included in that notecard please drop Antony a line and he'd be delighted to include them.

Half way

We're now about half way through The Femdom Hunt IV so we thought it was a good time to remind people of a few things:
  1. The hunt is still going. There's still a whole week left of hunting so if you've not started there's still plenty of time to get going. If you have started there's still plenty of time to finish. If you know people who haven't started and you think they'd really enjoy the gifts available now's the time to give them the gentle nudge they need.
  2. As of the time of writing there are no known issues out on the hunt. Any items of note are documented in this blog post and in the footnotes of the location list.
  3. The hunt group is as busy and vibrant as ever, with an increasing number of hunters who have finished willing and happy to lend a hand with extra hints for those who haven't.
  4. Thank you to everyone who has let us know that they've blogged the hunt or have told us about blog entries they've read. Please keep them coming so we can add them to the blogged page.
All indications are that this Femdom Hunt is the biggest one yet. By last Wednesday Z&A's number of gifts given had beaten the total we gave out for the whole of The Femdom Hunt III. We're astonished and delighted at just how big a response there has been, and it's thanks to everyone involved: the shops, the Femdoms and the hunters. Really, thank you all of you, you're helping make a great event.

Now that many of you are starting to unpack we'd like to provide a little reminder: do please feel free to drop the creators a note if you particularly like a gift. Positive feedback can mean a lot and it also helps people know what works and can inform what gets made for the next hunt.

Also, don't forget, if you find a problem with a gift please let Antony or Zardia know. Mistakes happen and they're normally easily fixed. Some gifts have been updated so don't forget to look at the list of updates to see if you need to pop back to pick up a fresh copy.

And that's it for now. Happy hunting everyone and, as always, if there's any issues or questions just drop us a line.

Save the Date: The Femdom Hunt IV Closing Dance

As with the weekend of the start of The Femdom Hunt IV, things coincide with the usual fortnightly Raven Park dance. So, again, we're moving the dance into the Z&A Productions shop and we're making it a Femdom Hunt dance -- this time to celebrate the (almost) end of the hunt.

This time around the theme will be:

I finished the Femdom Hunt!

The idea being that people come along wearing outfits, or restraints, etc, from or inspired by this (or previous) Femdom Hunts. Everyone is welcome. Dress up, dress silly, dress totally fetish, whatever takes your fancy, and come and swap your Femdom Hunt and unboxing stories. As always, there'll be a fun mix of tunes from Eve Terr.

Here's the details:

Date: Saturday November 2nd
Time: 4:00pm to 6:00pm SLT
Where: Z&A Productions
Music by: Eve Terr

Creative used of the hunt path (part 2)

Given that the first post of hunt path (ab)use has grown rather big, it seems now's a good time to start a second. While we wait for reports of such (ab)use to come in, here's a photo of Antony on the Raven Park clock tower, waiting for Emilie Muggins to land on his sim again:

Turns out though, Emilie is far too smart to fall for that:

Also from Plausible Body.... well, we'll let the images speak for themselves:

Meanwhile, at the home of Eve Terr:

Seems that Emilie went fishing recently:

Creative uses of the hunt path (2013)

Anyone who took part in last year's hunt might recall that a couple of locations decided to make creative use of the hunt path. It appears that this year is no different. Emilie at Plausible Body has been rather busy:

And it's not just Emilie. It seems that The Velvet Crossing have "tweaked" their path to better suit their sim:

And then over at PRIME:

Worse yet, almost on the doorstep of the TFH office! At the Evelock store!

We're still unclear if Sunshine Technology are getting a delivery or it's an abduction:

Meanwhile, back at Plausible Body, they're claiming to have post-party photos. Personally we think they're photoshopped. You can tell by the pixels:

According to Plausible Body the night got more freaky:

Apparently the path is just hanging around at Etherial Isle FemDom:

Back to Plausible Body again, it seems there's been a murder!

Be sure to see part 2!
